Iran Mobile Communications Company In line with its digital investment policies has launched its first venture under the brand name “Harkat-e-Aval”.The unit is responsible for supporting start-ups in the early stages of growth and development. Also, in order to support innovative ideas and start-ups, three growth and innovation centers have been established in the top three universities of the country (Shahid Beheshti University Hub, Shiraz University Hub and Isfahan University of Technology Hubs) as subsidiaries of the harkat-e-aval.
